Brought my phone in for repair and Fabel took great care of me. Based on initial TSing, it looked like it would be a system board replacement. Called back a few days later and he said it was a swollen battery. He could have easily not said anything and replaced the board or said "oh. So it's the board AND the battery" and made a few extra bucks.
