Raul was very professional and efficient. He arrived timely and kept me updated regarding the potential issues with my Samsung Dishwasher and what would be needed to repair. He was very neat while performing the analysis and left no mess behind. No repair work to be done after receiving a $588 quote for parts and repair. I’ll be buying a new one for $800. I do recommend
Our experience with BMAS was good. Repair process for our Electrolux front-loading washer from start to finish was a bit disappointing only because we had to wait a week for parts. However, phone service representatives were prompt, convenient, & efficient. The best interaction with BMAS was repair technician Erik Perez; he was outstanding with his professional demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the problem & explained it to us, worked rapidly both times he was here. Erik Perez was awesome 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Do not use this company. They came out to repair our refrigerator last November. In the process they damaged our hardwood floors. They claim to have insurance but will not initiate a claim. It has been 4 months and they keep saying someone is going to come out to assess the damage and no one has come and they rarely return your calls. This company is terrible, lacking in integrity and a total scam. The repair for the floor is going to end up costing us more than the refrigerator repair (and they charged us $1200 for that). ... read more
We had a wonderful experience with Bay Master. technician was polite, and neat. He diagnosed the issue with our fridge very quickly and was able to fix the problem. We would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.
