I am an older person who is not tech savvy. When my phone crashed I had a lot of trepidation about getting service and a replacement phone.

They are nice, friendly and they are very good in fixing computers very fast. I took my computer which wasn't working for them to fix it for me , they gave me a time when they will finish and they finished right at that time. My computer was fixed so well that it looks like a new one. They are professional and they are good at their job.
You've had my phone twice and it's still not fixed. I brought it in with a black screen. Yes, I can see pictures and all, but as I explained when I brought back 3 days ago, the brightness now cycles from high to medium and back to high again - constantly. Edit: raising to 3 stars. My criticisms stand but my phone does work so I don't want to be too harsh.
The good: my phone was (kind of) fixed and is usable now.
The bad: I brought my phone in on a Saturday and was told it would be looked after by Tuesday, but it ended up taking a week. When I called toward the end of the week, first I had to sit through the owner's obnoxious automated message telling you to "hang up now" and not ask when your phone will be done, and then when I actually spoke with him, he lectured me again.... read more

Before going to this place I had read the reviews, saw a few negative ones. I still decided to go seeing as how it was on my way to work and there were still more 5 stars than 1 star complaints. Can easily say it deserves 5 stars, I got my phone back within 4 hours. Chatted with the guy, super nice and straight to the point. Not everything can be fixed and some people just maybe don't quite understand what goes on when fixing phones. Not everything is gonna be a one fix fixes all kinda situation.... read more
