So Far I'm not impress with customer service and follow up with this company. I've left my device and I was told that in few hours I'll get an answer on repair cost. That if course didn't happen. I have to call them instead to find out. Then I was told that it will be ready by either Thursday or Friday. I follow up again few hours before they close, and what am I not surprise. They haven't order any parts or better yet my device is not ready yet . Now it will be ready the next following week. Next Wednesday. This is what i ... read more

I just brought my phone in to get my camera fixed. William took one look at my phone and humbly said that it was the cover of my lense and not my phone camera that had the problem. He popped it off and I offered to pay. He said there was no charge since he really didn’t do much. He could have charged me $50 and I would have paid him. Honesty goes a long way with me and I would direct anyone who needs help with anything to do with electronics to ask William for assistance. Thank you!

Telus said my phone was done and would have to wipe and reset for my phone to be be fixed Went here did a power full reset and was fixed. And didn’t charge me. Very appreciated. Nice to know someone is competent in their work

Great service done by them. I had to repair my phone screen, and i contacted 3 other repairing guys, and they either said they dont have the parts or they can't get it done on the very day. But these guys were awesome they fixed my phone in less than 2 hours 👏

I went in to get my camera glass replaced, and was quoted $95 over the phone and when I arrived in store to drop off my device I asked again how much and was told $95. Once the work was done and I went to go pick up my phone they then told me it would be $150 and made me pay that. Watch your back here.. maybe get your quote in writing before they do the work. It felt like a scam going in and not being able to take your device home without paying whatever random number they decide to charge after the work is done. Be careful ... read more
