CR went above and beyond with my computer repair! I’m so impressed with the customer service and ability to get an appointment for me quickly. Cameron was able to answer all of my questions and responded to my messages within minutes. Exceptional pricing & quality! Definitely using for any future services needed.

I was so impressed with this location. After being quoted an ASTRONOMICAL amount to repair my Macbook at Apple and another location, Cellular Refresh came through with a quote at 1/3 of the price. They didn't attempt to sell me on things I didn't need. They were extremely friendly and professional. I would use them over and over.

We were trying to replace a phone for a homeless disabled man who had his stolen in a shelter. Being disabled, having a communications device was critical. CR hooked us up, the dudes there are very kind. Thanks guys.

I stupidly took my phone into Lake Wylie at the sandbar and these guys hooked me up!! Told me it was going to be a 24 hour diagnostic and they called me within 2 hours letting me know it could be repaired for less than $150!! Thanks for saving all of my photos and contacts!!! Working like brand new now!! We will definitely recommend everyone we know
