Computer Cave built the PC of my dreams. I called and set up an appointment for a Saturday to get it planned and parts ordered. I had an emergency come up that day, and they worked with me around my hectic schedule that day. That treated me with nothing but respect and understood things happen and shuffled around some appointments to get me in. After that six days later my computer was fully built and stress tested and ready for pickup.

Super happy with my experience recently. Was looking to get a customer build started for a gaming PC. Andrew H was extremely informative and helpful when it came to looking at what my options were. with the computer, he gave a brief rundown of the few steps needed to make this build mine and ran a diagnostics check on it to ensure it was good to go. I went to Computer Cave to get a custom PC built. I met with Hagen for about 45 minutes talking about what parts I could get within my budget and how games would play on my PC. He was awesome to work with and took his time and explained everything very well so I knew what kind of PC I would be getting. It took 24 hours to get my new PC after the parts were delivered. I cannot say enough GREAT things about computer cave & the work they did on my MacBook. I had a “kernel error” that 4-5 other data recovery places quoted me would cost thousands and they’d have my counter weeks and it even then had no guarantee. I thought it was hopeless. Fantastic from beginning to end what great customer service and I appreciate the time to explain to me what I was getting, the operation of my new laptop.
