Thank you Computer Repair Doctor for excellent service and value when I recently needed a new battery for my iPhone. Since I had purchased it at a Verizon Corporate store, I took it there. They informed me they no longer have techs or provide services in the store. I can order a battery and get a sheet of instructions for an expensive do-it-myself repair.

I called earlier about my audio jack being messed up. I figured it was a bad connection. It was. I was told it would be ready by tomorrow am at the latest. It was ready before I even pulled into my driveway. Just kept going and went back to get it. Should have just stuck nearby and grabbed a snack while I waited. Another company, which shall remain nameless, couldn't even look at it till Friday.
Will be back for future computer needs!

When I experienced a very noisy & failing laptop fan, I called around for service quotes. I had an unusual request in that I needed a quick turn around once the laptop was dropped off. Most places promised 2-3 weeks, but I needed 1 day. Alex at Computer Repair Doctor was willing to work with me on this. I took the laptop in, he inspected it while I waited and ordered the part. I had a Teddy Ruxpin that wasn’t working, I reached out to Alex to see if he could fix it and he told me to send it over. I boxed Teddy up and shipped him to Ohio, Alex let me know when he arrived, and his progress during the repair process (which I really appreciated!)
