I discovered I shattered the rear glass panel on my iPhone 12 Pro. The online scheduling worked out great and very quickly I received texts from one of the technicians confirming the price, how long it would take, and when I wanted to complete the repair. With that knowledge I was able to drop off the phone with enough time for the repair and be able to pickup same day. Thanks! Excellent intake and checkout. The boys at CPR were amazing. My Nintendo switch's stick was not working right and made playing the new Zelda very frustrating. They fixed the stick in just over 2 hours and were so kind and polite. Their fee was very reasonable and I'm happy to say that the repair was a complete success 😁

I have been helped here a few times, the store is super clean and pleasant to be in. The staff have always greeted me immediately and have been friendly and helpful. Every question I've had has been answered respectfully and completely. My phone has been repaired quickly and properly each time and the prices are reasonable and covered by warranties in some cases. I will return here every time I need help repairing my phone or any other devices that need repairs.

Thank you so much to Vincent who helped us today with my son’s phone. Part of the charger had jammed into the charging docket and he removed it like it was nothing and also didn’t charge us. The store was clean and the employees helpful and competent, which is saying a lot in today’s sales market. I will be coming here again if I need help again in the future.

While the initial salesperson David was polite, accommodating and knowledgeable on transferring data and sold me a new case and screen protector my problems with this business began 2 days later. The associate I encountered on my return visit was incompetent and extremely unfriendly. 2 days earlier I purchased a screen protector for $49.99. Not only do other shops sell screen protectors for $10 but the one I purchased had a large scratch in it within 2 days. Although it had a lifetime warranty they refused to replace it. The... read more
