Went to bring my phone screen to get fixed. Got it back and ever since then, my phone battery drains in like a hour, phone randomly turns off. Speaker doesn’t work sometimes, and my face id on my iphone doesn’t work. Would never recommend bringing your phone here. Terrible service

I had a terrible experience here. Brought in my iPhone 6s that worked perfectly, but the battery was old and didn't hold a charge very well anymore. They said they could replace the battery no problem and took my phone. 3 hours later they come out and say it won't turn on anymore and that I can talk to their manager about what to do. They tried to give me a used replacement phone but it wasn't unlocked, and then mentioned even if they were going to replace the phone with something used, I would still have to pay the cost of ... read more
