I had to take my son's (Google Pixel 6) phone in for repair since he cracked the screen and it didn't power on anymore. I walked in and was surprised at the size of their North Highland location. The staff were friendly and this place offered a life time warranty on their repairs. Their prices are competitive with other places but the thing that made me choose this place was their customer service. Amazingly clean store! Great customer service and you can’t beat the prices ! This is my go to place to buy a new phone ! Never disappointed! I have been buying my phones here the past few years and am thoroughly satisfied every time !

Came in to replace cracked phone screen. Once it was finished and I picked up the phone. The phone no longer charges on my end. Bring the phone back, get told a bunch of reasons the phone might not be charging even though it literally charged before I brought it to them. Made it feel like it’s somehow my fault the phone doesn’t charge because I decided to charge it after picking up the phone. I was definitively puzzled by that conversation. Long story short, we had a cosmetic repair that turned out to be a house of cards resulting in a faulty device. They were able to save her data before the device died, and transfered it to an identical refurbished unit. My wife now has a fully functional phone again. Would visit again should we have the need.
