Stopped in today because I had an issue with my iPhone. I was the first customer of the day and the staff were very friendly. They fixed my issue on the spot and got me in my way. I highly recommend going there before you use your insurance or if you have none. If they can fix it, they are eager to try and I’m sure you won’t be sorry. Thanks y’all!

10/10 recommend Fruit Fixed (Colonial Heights). I have been struggling with my 3 year old laptop for a majority of the time I have had it. It just ran SO extremely slow, and had charging issues. They quickly diagnosed that the hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. Not only did they replace that, but they transferred all of my data over AND had it done in a days time. My experience was GREAT! I took my phone in and they told me to come back in 1 he the phone should be fixed and low and behold the phone was ready and fixed! Thanks so much for saving my life lol. They were professional and polite! Great customer service. I recommend them to anyone! Everytime I go here I am never disappointed
I’ve been to this Fruit Fixed three times now and they always do an awesome job. Today, I didn’t ask for a military discount, but they noticed my USMC cap and gave me a discount. Fast service, great staff, and at a great price.
I came in with a phone screen that was shattered and didn’t work anymore. Erica and tony helped me out with their great customer service and I was only there for 10 minutes!
These guys are so awesome! They managed to get my phone working when I thought it was done for. I was able to back up the pictures I would’ve otherwise lost & for that I am infinitely grateful. It was done quickly and professionally and was so much more affordable than what Apple would’ve charged to repair my phone. I definitely recommend them! 🍏
I just wanted to take the time to give kudos to the store manager Tony. He was truly helpful and apologetic towards my small situation on my niece's iPad. They fixed the ipad quickly. I'm truly grateful. In times like these all we as customer's need is a big smile and to feel appreciated. Thank you Tony for doing that!!!!
