They made my laptop look brand new.
My Apple Watch battery swelled causing the face of my watch to pop off. Apple wanted to charge around $79 to fix it so I replaced the battery myself. Everything went good till it was time to seal the Watch back. I just couldn’t get the glue sticker to seal right. My wife suggested IDropped and what a great suggestion! I took it in and they helped me out for free! The people behind the counter were very professional and polite. They had me in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommended to fix anything. Thanks guys!

Big Shoutout to IDropped of Knoxville. Very pleasant atmosphere. I noticed that they greeted everyone that came through the door even if they were busy with other customers. They got my laptop fixed and it was just an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!!!!!

This is my go-to place for phone issues. I needed a new battery. Ordered the one for my phone; it arrived two days after I ordered it late in the day; new battery installed. COVID compliant. Staff is masked; customers are masks - sign on door states masks are required; and safe distances are marked. Always good, polite, capable customer service.
