Excellent customer service from all staff encountered. My laptop screen was shattered and now it looks good as new. I received my device in less than a week. I highly recommend if you have device issues.

EVERYONE at iDropped is AWESOME!! This business and the employees are efficient, respectful, respectable, courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced. I don't want to have to do business with them again but if I ever need help with my gadgets, they're the ones I'm calling!

We had a great experience today at iDropped. Tiekel & Dean have top notch customer service. They had the part we needed in stock when no one else in the area did and, our repair was done quickly & efficiently. Their prices were also substantially lower than other competitors. Tiekel is upfront & honest about prices & what he would recommend as far as what's best for the customer. We will definitely be back for future repairs. Thank you!!

I had a messed up phone screen and the charger was messed up and mykie took the best care of me and my problems I was having he had the best customer service I have ever seen he is the reason I will be coming back he definitely deserves a raise he went beyond just to make sure I was happy and took care of I appreciate everything!!

Mikey helped repair my iPhone and I couldn’t be more pleased. My phone was badly damaged—it got slammed in a metal door, crushing the screen and splitting the body. Dean walked me through everything on the phone and calmed my concerns about the unique challenges involved in the repair. They had the whole thing repaired in an hour. I highly recommend iDropped!
