Came in last minute to pick up my package and he waited until I arrived. Made it super easy and quick. Very friendly and great customer service. ☺️

Waited for close to an hour for the clerk to show up but I don't think anyone actually works here. Even the Amazon lady said no one is ever there. Stay away if you're planning on stopping by. Not worth the waste of time.

I went to get my IPad Pro charging port repaired. They told me $180 and that it would be done by the end of the week. It took almost a month to fix and in the process they broke my screen and charged me $120 more dollars to fix that

Customer service was so poor, they kept pushing back my screen getting fixed, left my phone with them for 4 days and they still didn't fix it, had to go to ubreakifix and it got fixed in 2 hours, and they didn't put back the screws when they took my phone apart and my Sim card, had to pay extra, NEVER GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!

This place is an Amazon package pickup location. It's hours of operation are supposed to be 11-6. Several times I've gone to pick up packages and NO ONE IS THERE and DOORS ARE LOCKED. Very annoying.
