Called ahead that they said it would take less than 30 minutes. When I got there I was greeted by the very efficient but cheerful Daria. As I sat and watched she removed the broken screen and very carefully cleaned and replace it with a new screen. Would very definitely use this company again. Good pricing also.
I had my iphone fixed here. They said they would only fix the back for "trade in" purposes only. After that I knew something wasn't right but I proceeded with the repair. 1 week later , I'm experiencing speaker problems, screen problems, my phone was glitching and restarting every few minutes. I talked to the guy on the phone about it. He told me to bring it back with a non existent receipt they never gave me in the first place. At this point the phone is completely unusable. I purchased a screen saver on 8/28/2022 wihtin one month it was cracked. I paid for a replacement. One month later there were air bubbles all along the side of the screen. When I spoke to Tatianna and showed her the problem, she said this happens if I use my phone a lot or if I wear makeup. That is the most ridculous excuse I have ever heard. Previous phone screens that I have purchased over the years have never done that and were good till I replaced my phone.
Probably the best costumer service I’ve had in a while. Paul was extremely friendly, gave me assurance that the phone would look brand new and he definitely got it there! Told me it could take up to an hour but had to me in 45, i would aways recommend this place
Atlas and his team are amazing and also great people. I have been coming to them for many years and they have fixed my boyfirend and I's phone over 7 times for me. They are so sweet and helpful and really go above and beyond for their customers. I recommend them to you and everyone if youre looking for great customer service and a trustworthy team.
