This is my second time using their services. I cracked two out of three camera lenses and they fixed it for me as if it was good as new. The second time I cracked the back glass of my phone. The staff was really very helpful, friendly, quick, and professional. Very honest and straightforward, with no hidden issues. Honestly, I am really extremely satisfied. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends.
YZ took his time explaining all of the fixes for my two devices. The first was an iPad that one of the kids had stepped on, shattering the screen and bending the frame. He replaced the screen and straightened the frame all while preserving the home button so we didn't lose touch access. The second was an iPhone 13 Pro Max, not only did he overnight the replacement screen so I could get it the next day but got it fixed first thing the next morning. This place is amazing! My phone works very well and I haven’t had any issues. They fixed my phone very fast and are a reliable place to go. Another great thing about them is that they are open later than a lot of other places. By the time 5pm rolled around, other fix-it-phone companies were closed. The guy working is very knowledgeable about phones too and whatever questions I had he answered them!
