I have a 20gb IPod, that was received for my birthday in 2005. Finally, last week the unit died. Suspected the battery, found many batteries on eBay, but did t know which one to get. Took it in here and I picked it up three days later. I had numerous questions, they answered, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. It works great, thank you.
