Long story short. My wife dropped off our son's iPhone, to have the battery replaced, on Saturday 08/19/23. The female employee was rude. My wife asked when the phone would be ready and if they would call with updates. The employee said the phone would be ready after 5:30 P.M. Went to pick up the phone at 6:00 P.M., but the store was closed, even though they are open until 7:00 P.M. My wife called the after hours number and spoke to the owner. What a terrible experience. Looked like they were closed for business. I called from another line because my phone is down. Probably a simple battery and microphone problem but I don't have a lot of time to figure this out myself. I called ahead and they said they could work on that. I told them I was going down there right away. I go in and a guy sitting behind could not help me. The place looked like it was closed and only one person came to the computer. I walked in with my family, to get my son's phone fixed told me it would be a 6 hour wait because they don't have parts on hand they would have to wait until 4 to get the part, I said it wasn't a problem. I never got a phone call or anything about picking the phone up or if the process was going to be able to be completed. I went the next day around 11am to be told the phone was transferred to another store to be repaired. I will never take anything to these people ever again! I should have listened to the bad reviews. They did not fix my phone what so ever said it wasn't fixable. I took it to another phone repair place and they fixed it in three hours. They said they would refund my money in 7 to 10 business day's. I haven't received a refund it's been over 10 days. I then called to see what was going on, and they told me it would be here on the 3rd. I waited until the 3rd, and now they are saying they don't know where or when it's coming. I ... read more

We walked in with an iPhone that had a swollen battery. The tech diagnosed it immediately, had a replacement part in stock, and fixed it while we waited. The entire experience was about ten minutes long. We will for sure bring all of our broken devices here from now on!
