Allen the manager was very rude they did a good job on my phone but it had cracked the same day i had got it fixed and it was definitely on them because they did not put the back of my screen on right so i went back the next day with receipts and a 90 warranty and asked if it could get replaced and Allen the manager told me stated that i must be lying and that i would have to pay 60 dollars even after i had just spent almost 200 dollars, so the back of my phone got even worse within a month now it looks like my battery is go... read more
I cracked the screen on my mobile phone. Fortunately this place of business is open and I'm elated. Nice to have a place closer to my home to take my phone to be repaired. Turnover time was great too as they didn't have the screen I needed in stock and had to order it. The price was also very reasonable. much less to repair my existing phone than to buy a new phone. Cracked my screen and they were able to get the replacement in the very next day. It only took an hour fix and all three gentlemen I spoke to were very nice. It was also a nice surprise to see the Pug in the shop. The price was a bit more than expected but my phone is a Samsung. No matter, I'm happy they were able to fix it with no issues. Thanks guys.
