Don’t get repairs done here. They do not guarantee their work. They will blame it on you. As shown in the picture the whole screen came off the phone with no cracks in the screen and owner still blamed it on us. Response to his reply: First off, for someone to say you’re not a good mom should tell you exactly what you need to know about this man and his businesses. Get your device fixed here and it stops working for whatever reason? Allen will place the blame on you. "Well did you get it wet? You must have dropped it again." He also regularly doesn't honor the warranty provided, which confusingly, will either be 30 days, 90 days, or "for the lifetime of the part" depending on if he likes you or not. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do yourselves a favor and take your Apple devices to Apple. I included some reading that the people around Allen should maybe introduce into his life.

This is my second time coming to iRepairNM. The staff was very helpful and friendly each time. I had my MacBook Air laptop screen fixed and iPhone screen repaired. Before you leave they have you open the device to make sure everything is working properly including the camera. Which shows integrity. Defiantly recommend and I will be coming back here if any of my devices need to be fixed.

Kaltun was very helpful. The customer service was awesome great attitude. Especially having and dealing with problematic situations of my phone being fixed. Fixed both front and back screen for a fair price. The tech b4 return my phone with the screen damage in the back. Also the screws missing at the bottom. && one is completely stripped. After a month I am satisfied with the outcome :-)
