I cannot say enough positive about the service and staff in Woodstock. Over the past several months, my sister and I have had occasion to seek their help. All staff were courteous, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend based on my experiences!

I took in an iPhone that wasn't charging - they cleaned the port but that wasn't the issue. In about 45 minutes the port was replaced which still did not fix the problem. They left the new port in and offered to send the phone up to another place in Woodstock for me the next day. They didn't charge me for the work they did and if they had - the quote was half what I had gotten elsewhere.

Jordan has always been a great business man! He puts the customer first and always makes sure you are satisfied with the product or repair. I recently switched to Public Mobile phone service through Jordan, and as a family with many phones, we saved a lot of money, and gained more service benefits.
