This a convenient location with knowledgeable staff. It’s a great alternative to going to the Apple Store. The employees made great suggestions for additional products to protect our devices. Anyone with Apple Care will save time utilizing iTech Gurus.

I first contacted iTech Gurus by phone. Jordan was patient, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. Once I visited the store, the person who helped me (didn't get her name) was equally patient and helpful, showing me options and answering all my questions. I will definitely be back the next time I need support or new electronics.

iTech Gurus were able to help me resurrect my old 2007 iMac that became non-functional. (It’s ancient but it does what I need). I am so appreciative of the attention from the Techs, and the quick turn-around for repair. Thank you, Gurus!! You’re the best😃👍

Great service! While they primarily work with Apple products, I brought in a Dell in need of a battery replacement. Regardless, they ordered the part and did a thorough check of my computer all within three days. Would highly recommended!

I highly recommend ITech Gurus, an Apple Authorized Service Provider computer store. The technician was very competent and did an excellent job. In a short period of time my computer was again working smoothly. He checked to assure that my security software was doing its job. Customer Service was excellent! Definitely will use this service again should the need arise.
