First time visit and I was really impressed. The store was clean and up keep and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about products and the process to fix items. The turn around time was only a couple days. Th spruce was much lower than I thought to have a screen replaced on a apple laptop. I will be going back for sure in the future for all my devices.Ā

Got there around 4:45 they said to leave my phone and check back before 6. It was ready at 5:45. iPhone 12 Pro new screen was brand new. Great turn around super nice guys. Thanks! The work is warranted as well.Ā

I remember calling about how I dropped my all in one computer and they said they weren't sure if they could replace it, but that they wouldn't know until I brought it in for them to see. They could and they did. They quoted me about a week, but it only took 2 business days. It was a third of the cost of replacing the all in one, outright; so I'd say that was a deal!Ā
