I had no less than 5 people look at my phone before getting to Mr. Fix. I had been told it was a major issue. Tristan who clearly has good training is knowledgeable on all things iPhone did a few taps and reset it. Couldn't believe it! What a great place. So thankful to have a trust worthy business. It was clean and safe to be at. Tristan your the hero of the day for our home. Thank you Mr. Fix.

Chris was helpful and very honest... He was knowledgeable of the products and able to help me with my laptop over the phone and even more in person. The place was also very clean and in a convenient location... I will definitely be returning to Mr. Fix it for any future technical issues that may occur... Thank you for serving our community.

My dog cracked my surface pro7 screen and I really needed a fix because I have due dates coming up for work. Mohammed was very helpful, and even helped me get a great deal on a gently used SP 8. He even helped me to troubleshoot some microsoft issues after store hours. Great service and Great product.

Took my phone up after it was dropped and the power button got stuck inverted into the housing. It was fixed in about 7 minutes. They were also able to restore a laptop a few months ago for a very reasonable price. Definitely reccomend!

Triston helped us out SUPER fast. He even installed a screen protector we purchased. he had everything we needed on hand and in store. His customer service was excellent and he was very polite!! if you need a phone fixed and fast he is the man to go to!!!
