Wow, I’m very impressed. James at phone techs was great! I needed repair to the back case and button of my Galaxy A12. I dropped the phone and those items broke and the phone was unable to be turned on. He answered my phone call right away, told me to come down. He had it fixed in under 10 minutes and working again! I can’t thank him enough. What a great first experience. I would definitely recommend this place, 100%.

We had an iPad in need of service so I checked online for local places who did iPhone and iPad repairs. Phone Techs information came up with great reviews so I went with it. 1. In person customer service was excellent. 2. James’s knowledge and recommendations were spot on. 3. The timing estimate to receive necessary parts and do the repair were very precise. 4. Best customer service I have twins with iPads he did them right both iPads were purchased online refurbished. He put new batteries and checked them out for me my kids are happy no issues was friendly and transparent with me . I take all my electronics to this place won’t trust anyone else .!
