Jose is the GOAT! We came in less than an hour before close, he warmly welcomed us and was quick to address our problem. My boyfriend's phone acquired some kind of software issue that made random ads pop up constantly. Jose figured it out in less than ten minutes, thank you so much, Jose!

Our manager went there to have a couple of phones repaired. After going to multiple places for help and being told to send the phone off for repairs or to make an insurance claim, we decided to go to this repair shop. The manager at this place, Benjamin was like a magician. He was great!!! A++ service, he was very helpful, fast, honest. Quick service. Only complaint is that the fountain hills location did not have the machine to fix my problem. I had to go to Mesa which took a lot longer driving and time wise. I had to to do 2 round trips to Mesa
