I am a computer tech myself and was upgrading my computer. I needed two REALLY small screws for the upgrade I was doing. I went in and Ralph looked at what I needed. He took the time to go back to his spare parts and found the two screws I needed. Not only did he not charge me for his time, effort and parts, but he wouldn't even accept a tip. Thanks Ralph! My computer is up and running great thanks to you. I would recommend!

We had the pleasure of having Ralph help us to figure out what was wrong with my son's phone. Ralph was extremely helpful and courteous and got to work diagnosing the problem. He fixed it and kept in contact with me along the way to update me. Quick Mobile Repair is excellent and very reasonably priced. I will use them for any devices that need repair. Ralph and Leroy the two techy’s in the shop certainly knew what they were doing. I had dropped my iPad and shattered the screen and then unfortunately I had a looping problem. These two knowledgeable guys knew immediately what was wrong and said it was no big deal to fix. It was such a pleasure to work with honest intelligent people who did a great job!

Just an amazing staff all around. Especially Leroy who help me get my screen fixed in a quick snap. Once I came back to pick my phone up Leroy, let me know that I had told him the wrong series phone and was due a refund. The integrity of this young man instills the faith for me to never go anywhere else. Thank you Leroy .
