My fiancé Gary and I could not reboot his phone after a recent software update. We went to Verizon in Sebring who were no help whatsoever. They suggested several things we could try at home on our PC. They said for security reasons they could not use their PC and do it for us. We went to Quick Mobile Repair in Punta Gorda and met Turner who tried the same things we had tried at home, using his PC. Absolutely the best repair place for phones. I had my screen frame, back and battery replaced for what the screen frame alone would have cost at competitors. All this in less than 40 minutes. Friendly and professional. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else

Good morning. The battery replacement in my phone was quick and works well so far The belt clip case I bought at the same time, lasted only 1 day before the clip broke. I will be returning it when I get back to Florida. Kevin at the store was very helpful
