The owner was really kind, and offered the BEST deal I could find in the whole valley for fixing my phone screen. Andrew in store was also really helpful. They didn’t have it in stock, but ordered it lightning fast and was very accommodating! All around great experience. Will be back.
Andrew was extremely communicative, helpful and respectful as I needed help restoring data from my broken phone to my replacement phone. He truly helped to diffuse a stressful situation with his kindness, knowledge and professionalism. Props to him and rapid Iphone prepare for how they worked with my mother and I.

Sunday afternoon I was in a bind when my phone died due to water damage. Found out that it could be repaired with a new screen and I was back in business in about an hour! Andrew was amazing.
