Ready Set Repair was very kind. The customer service was amazing. I came in to fix my screen because it turned completely black not knowing my battery exploded due to another company repair mistake. They were very understanding, I am so grateful for their help. Definitely a great and trustworthy place to get any device fixed.

The staff at Ready Set Repair was really friendly when I showed up with an odd request to get a 2007 iPod repaired. They did a great job with the restoration, had clear updates over text and email, and then called when it was ready. Glad I brought my device here instead of risking the repair on my own.

I dropped my I-Phone and the screen was badly cracked. I requested a quote online from this company. Someone called me back almost immediately with a quote. They said it would take about 30 minutes to repair the phone and we didn't need an appointment. We showed up and immediately someone came out to diagnose the problem. He said they would replace the screen and we could either wait or come back later to get the phone. We opted to wait. It took less than 30 minutes. After Bestbuy cancelled my screen repair appointment, I was able to find this place and they made it super easy to fix my screen. They answered the phone real quick and were able to fix my screen in about an hour and half. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable....

If you’re on a budget go here but if you want it done right I urge you to go elsewhere ! when they couldn’t fix my phone properly they blamed some “Apple bug” and claimed it couldn’t be properly fixed. Personally seems like an excuse for when they can’t cheaply fix your phone. I’ve been getting phones fixed since I was a teen and I’ve never seen them blame “apple” when they couldn’t fix my phone usually the phone just got fixed.
