Brian is seriously the most kindest guy. Plus he was so quick to fix my son’s iPad screen. The screen was in bad shape and within 2 hours it was fixed. He made my five year old’s day. Literally the best experience I’ve had. I do highly recommend this place.

Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised at how fast the service was. He did an amazing job my son’s iPhone 11 looks brand new. He even put the glass screen protector on for me. This will be my go to if I’m needing more repairs. Thank you Brian!

Brian was amazing. My daughter did something to my iPhone and I had googled, YouTubed, and taken the phone two other stores with nobody was able to fix my phone. A little over a year after my issue started, I took my phone in and dropped it off with Brian at SmartPhone. When he called me and saw the caller id, I was ready for him to say the same thing that everyone else said but nope, he said that he was able to fix it and did!! The service was excellent and I will most definitely return with my future issues.

The Smartphone Emergency Repair store on Troup Hwy is awesome!! I was having a simple issue with setting up my new iPhone only it wasn’t that simple to me. Brian was able to take care of in no time at all. I also told him that I wanted to sell my old phone but it was locked. He explained the process of how I would need to contact straight talk to have them unlock my phone. He also looked my old phone over & gave me a pretty decent quote in case I wanted to sell it to them. I took his advice, got the phone unlocked and they ... read more
