Aloha I came into the store to upgrade my phone. Evyn helped me right away. I wasn't sure which phone to purchase but he gave me options, told me what promotions was going on, and helped me choose the right phone for me. He then started having trouble with upgrading my plan which has never occurred before for me or him. He contacted customer service and asked them what the problem was.
