I have been very happy with the courteous and honest help I’ve been provided with this store so far! The staff are straight forward, helpful, and professional. The quote was pretty reasonable and they did give me an update after I requested one, about a time frame as to when my laptop screen would be replaced. This is a great edition to the downtown Branford, CT, area and I would recommend anyone who needs tech help to go here. Amazing service hands down! I was so happy with how fast my laptop was fixed! They listened to my concerns and reassured me that I was in good hands. I work on my laptop very often so it’s safe to say it’s my lifeline lol they made sure I had my laptop back up and running quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for good quality work and reasonable prices. Truly the best in CT 🙌🏽

Great team! Very helpful! I cracked my iPhone 14 Plus. I called in and I liked how he made sure I didn’t have insurance thru my mobile provider or apple care to help save $$. They got my phone fixed very quickly and the customer services was awesome! Highly recommend!

The five Star reviews are definitely warranted. They had my phone fixed quickly and wete very transparent about the process. They perform the repairs that were necessary and saved me some money by cleaning instead of replacing some components.
